At XDI, we know that our clients’ members do not know us, and that’s important. Instead, their credit union sends them their documents, whether online or via mail. That’s right - It’s our clients who are credited when documents are received quickly, or blamed when things don’t go right. That’s why we take it very seriously and ensure that our service is top-notch. This goes beyond our friendly, personal service and extends to include our technological service as well. As we look back on 2021, we are proud that our online service connectivity proved reliable for our more than 200 clients. Excluding our scheduled maintenance windows, we proudly share the following uptimes for the entire year:

Member portal: 99.91%
