We’ve been busy! XDI continues to welcome new clients and expand services for existing clients. During the last 6 months we have onboarded 6 new clients and provided new services for 15 different implementations! And that does not include what is already on the calendar for the remainder of 2021. Whether it’s helping clients with their daily notice needs, providing monthly credit card/share/mortgage statements, or coordinating with the credit union’s online banking to provide access to documents electronically, we are proud to serve almost 200 clients in our ever-growing XDI family.
In addition to expanding our client list, we have aided existing ones through the often-stressful core conversions, and/or mergers. When enduring those big credit union changes, we pride ourselves on ensuring the document composition and delivery component are seamless to the member.
