2023 was a year of growth for XDI! We added a record number 34 new clients to the XDI family. Whether it’s helping clients with their daily notice needs, providing monthly credit card/share/mortgage statements, or coordinating with the credit union’s online banking provider to provide access to documents electronically, we are proud to serve more than 250 clients across the nation.
In addition to expanding our client list, we have aided existing ones through the often-stressful core conversions, mergers, and/or name changes. When enduring those big credit union adjustments, we pride ourselves on ensuring the document composition and delivery component are seamless to the member.
