The main reason for these comments is that XDI’s Master Services Agreement contains two provisions that we believe are absolutely unique in the output services industry:
1.4. Termination for Convenience: Client may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason - including XDI service levels being unsatisfactory to Client. While XDI would appreciate 30 days notice of Client's intent to terminate, no such notice is required.
1.10. Client Satisfaction Commitment: If, for any reason, Client is not satisfied with any services we provide, XDI shall issue a credit to Client, provided that Client communicates something to XDI in writing about the reason for dissatisfaction, and the amount of credit the Client believes to be appropriate (from 1% to 100%).
